Refund policy

All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. All parkas are sold as 'Final Sales'.

All items sold are second-hand and preowned and will show varying signs of use. If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or photographs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via the "CONTACT" tab or by emailing "rockabyeattireofficial@gmail.com". We will investigate and assist with a return if it is deemed valid.

To be eligible for a full return without reductions, items must be unused and in their original sale condition, including all accessories, labels, and packaging.

Returns can be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, based on customer preference.
