Shipping policy

We aim to ship all parcels within 24 hours of purchase; however, delays may occasionally occur, and parcels may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. Typically, stock arrives 2–3 days after purchase.

Once dispatched, parcels may take up to 15 working days to arrive. Only working days are counted in this timeframe. Parcels not received within this period may be considered lost.
